We are a UK manufacturer with over 20 years of experience manufacturing extreme, high-quality protective clothing.

We manufacture custom protective flight suits for civilian, military, aerospace, paramedics, rescue services, and corporate identity. All flying suits incorporate the latest in manufacturing and fabric technology. Jays Flightwear can also supply custom flight suits for movies, documentaries, and television. All Jays Flying Suits are available with bespoke patch embroidery.

Jays Flightwear was established in 1963. Since then we have developed to become one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of flightwear clothing.

Jays parent company, Dale Techniche Limited, produces high quality protection fabrics. This gives Jays the ability to design and develop our own fabrics specifically for flight suits to combine protection with lighter weight and improved comfort. We have also complemented our clothing range with a selection of pilot accessories.

Our previous clients include MOD air display team THE RED ARROWS, Metropolitan Police, we even supplied the orange X Wing Pilot suits back in 1976 for use in the first Star Wars film Episode IV (A New Hope)!!!
